MY OVERALL REFLECTION
Before the Course:
Before enrolling in the UPPF 6033 course, I viewed leadership primarily as a role held by individuals in positions of authority, such as managers, supervisors, or organizational heads. My understanding of leadership was somewhat narrow, focusing mainly on decision-making, delegation, and the achievement of goals. After the Course:
